Important Notes: Sessions will take place in the beautiful home studio of Photowjoa; therefore, no additional guests are allowed for the session, only the family participating. 1. Punctuality:
There will be no additional time for sessions, as they will be scheduled back-to-back. Clients must arrive promptly at their session time. In case of a delay, the session will be moved to the end of the day or rescheduled if there is an available slot due to cancellation. 2. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of the session. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a new available date. 3. Clothing and Preparation:
All family members are advised to arrive dressed and ready for the session. Time is limited, so there will be no space for outfit changes during the session. 4. Behavior Guidelines:
To ensure a smooth session, we ask that all children and adults be prepared to actively participate without interruptions. 5. Prohibitions:
The use of mobile phones for taking photos or videos during the session is not allowed. enjoy the moment. 6. Photo Delivery:
The editing process will take approximately 20 days after you make your selection through the online gallery. You will be notified when your photos are ready for download. 7. Pets:
No pets are allowed on set due to potential allergies.
